A wonderful range of products from small local food producers

Welcome to the Artisan Range - a collection of truly unique products.  These products are not organic, but are all produced with care, attention and integrity, and we think you'll love them.     The first artisan producer we want to introduce you to is Buttercross Farm Foods, just outside Market Drayton, on the Shropshire/Staffordshire border.

Started in 2000 by husband and wife team Martyn and Helen Rowley, Buttercross produces very fine pork products from their own outdoor-reared, free range pigs.  The pigs are fed on GM-free feed and are reared to the most exacting standards of health and hygiene.

Buttercross supplies many of the area's leading restaurants and will be providing the in-house butchery at the soon to open Weston Park shop in Staffordshire.  And the products we are offering are all at very sensible, set prices.
